Tai Chi originated in China and was introduced into Canada in 1970 by a Taoist monk. It uses all the muscle groups and joints and can help improve balance and coordination. This program is led by Canadian Tai Chi Academy Instructor Trisha Martin. Trisha has taught Tai Chi for 23 years. Please wear loose-fitting clothing and flat, flexible footwear.
