Shake off the Winter Blues with Belly Dance

Join instructor Bellydonna for a 9-week Introduction to belly dance. Learn foundational movements and put them together in a short choreography. This beginner-friendly class is fun, energizing, and empowering for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Wear comfortable workout or yoga-style clothing and bring a mat or towel for cool-down exercises.
