Introduction to Yoga

Join Fitness Coach Cynthia Move for an introduction to yoga. Yoga combines gentle and relaxing physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation, aiming to connect the body, breath and mind for improved physical and mental wellbeing. Please dress in relaxed clothing which will allow movement and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
