Mexican cooking demonstration

Chef and author Carlos Bonilla returns with more fantastic demonstrations on how to prepare some dishes from contemporary Mexican cuisine – and you can sample the results! If you like what you taste, recipes will be available to take home, and Carlos will have copies of his book 5 Courses on hand as well – he’ll be happy to sign your copy.
